Encore will meet with you and your fiancé
for final planning at least two weeks before your reception. Our goal at this
meeting is to create an event that will incorporate your style and personality

the expectations of your guests to be realized. As we discuss the evening’s
events, we strive to carry out your vision of this marvelous day.
